CONDIZIONI E PROCEDURA PER I RESI
Per noi è importante garantirti la miglior esperienza possibile, dal primo momento in cui visiti il nostro sito e per tutti i tuoi acquisti. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di rendere la politica di reso ancora più rapida e semplice.
Se il tuo acquisto non ti soddisfa al 100%, puoi restituire uno o più articoli entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui ti è stato consegnato l'ordine.
L'articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto, con tutti i cartellini integri ancora attaccati e nell'imballaggio originale.
I resi devono sempre essere spediti dallo stesso paese in cui è stato ricevuto l'ordine, per evitare spese di trasporto extra a tuo carico.
Il primo reso è gratuito,nel caso in cui un articolo venga reso più di una volta,le successive spese di spedizione sono a carico dell'acquirente.
ISTRUZIONI PER LA SPEDIZIONE DEL RESO
Contattaci all'indirizzo mail sales@malebolge.it ,organizzeremo il ritiro dell'articolo da rendere e ti invieremo l'etichetta di reso per la spedizione, da applicare sul pacco.
● Imballa con cura gli articoli nella confezione originale dell'ordine, se possibile, altrimenti utilizza una confezione appropriata per la spedizione.
● Applica sulla confezione l'etichetta di reso fornita con i documenti di consegna dell'ordine.
Assicurati che il pacco sia in mano al corriere entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui hai ricevuto l'ordine.
Verificheremo e accetteremo il tuo reso entro 1-3 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pacco e ti invieremo un'e-mail di conferma dell'emissione del rimborso.
Se hai pagato con Bonifico, ti preghiamo di comunicare al seguente indirizzo: sales@malebolge.it le tue coordinate bancarie necessarie per processare il rimborso:
- Nome e Cognome dell'intestatario del conto
- Nome della banca
- IBAN
- SWIFT Code / BIC
- Numero d'ordine
Il rimborso include sempre il prezzo degli articoli resi.
Ricorda che il rimborso viene effettuato tramite il metodo di pagamento scelto per pagare l'ordine originale. I rimborsi per gli ordini pagati in contanti alla consegna (laddove disponibile) vengono effettuati solo tramite bonifico bancario.
I tempi per visualizzare il credito sul tuo conto può variare in base ai diversi metodi di pagamento e in base alle procedure bancarie locali.
Per motivi relativi a tracciamento e sicurezza, consigliamo di spedire i resi utilizzando la procedura e il corriere indicati sopra.
Se scegli di inviare il reso utilizzando un corriere o un metodo di spedizione diverso, i costi saranno interamente a tuo carico e dovrai pagare in anticipo eventuali spese di spedizione. In questi casi, Malebolge VIII non si assume la responsabilità per eventuali rimborsi o risarcimenti in caso di smarrimento, furto, errata gestione o danni alla merce resa.
ISTRUZIONI PER IL CAMBIO:
L'articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto, con tutti i cartellini integri ancora attaccati e nell'imballaggio originale.
Per il primo cambio le spese di spedizione sono gratuite.
Il primo cambio è gratuito. Nel caso in cui un articolo venga cambiato più di una volta,le successive spese di spedizione sono a carico dell'acquirente.
LIMITAZIONI PER I RESI
● Non sono consentiti cambi o rimborsi per prodotti usurati e/o non integri
● Per resi da Paesi Extra UE le spese di spedizione sono a carico dell'acquirente.
● Il reso deve essere inviato dallo stesso paese in cui è stato effettuato l'ordine. Non accetteremo alcun reso proveniente da un paese diverso

CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
It is important for us to guarantee you the best possible experience, from the first moment you visit our site and for all your purchases. For this reason, we have decided to make the return policy even faster and easier.
If your purchase does not satisfy you 100%, you can return one or more items within 14 days of the date the order was delivered to you.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it, with all intact tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Returns should always be shipped from the same country where the order was received, to avoid extra freight charges at your expense.
The first return is free,in the case in which an item is returned more than once,the subsequent shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Contact us at sales@malebolge.it ,we will arrange for the return item to be collected and send you the return shipping label, to be applied to the package.
● Carefully pack items in the original order packaging if possible, otherwise use appropriate shipping packaging.
● Apply the return label provided with the order delivery documents to the package.
Make sure the package is in the hands of the courier within 14 days of the date you received your order.
We will verify and accept your return within 1-3 business days of receiving the package and send you an email confirming the issuance of the refund.
If you paid by Transfer, please provide the following address: sales@malebolge.it your bank details needed to process your refund:
- Name and Surname of the account holder
- Bank name
- IBAN
- SWIFT Code / BIC
- Order number
The refund always includes the price of the returned items.
Remember that the refund is made through the payment method chosen to pay for the original order. Refunds for orders paid in cash upon delivery (where available) are made only by bank transfer.
The time to view credit in your account may vary depending on different payment methods and local banking procedures.
For tracking and security reasons, we recommend shipping returns using the procedure and courier listed above.
If you choose to send the return using a different courier or shipping method, the costs will be entirely your responsibility and you will have to pay any shipping costs in advance. In these cases, Malebolge VIII does not assume liability for any refunds or compensation in the event of loss, theft, mishandling or damage to the rendered goods.
CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

● Exchanges or refunds are not permitted for worn and/or non-intact products
● For returns from non-EU countries, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
● The return must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country
